The rehabilitation has revitalized area, bringing back the pre-prohibition era charm the town center was once vibrant with. OWEN JACOBS Salon and Day Spa on 49 Main St. is the newest addition to the building.
Fletcher Building Renovation Senate, Bonnet and Laurie Crockett Project Team
Ayer, MA – In August 2010, Bonnet Realty purchased the 1872 vintage building located in Ayer known as The Nutting Block. Built by Emily Nutting in 1872, the Nutting Block is the westernmost brick building of the 1872 – 1898 period on Main Street in Ayer.
Senate Construction, working with Richard P. DeCoste Architects of Foxborough, MA has begun construction of a 19,620 square foot, pre-engineered building in West Bridgewater, MA. The property owner is an affiliate of Casey and Hayes of South Boston and this is Senate’s second construction project for the Casey companies. Senate and Casey & Hayes started their relationship with the renovation of their 72,000 square foot warehouse building in South Boston into offices and a regional distribution center for Comcast.
Scituate - Senate Construction completed extensive renovations at the Scituate Harbor Yacht Club. The project includes a new snack bar building with a roof deck and a new open deck in front of the building that takes advantage of the harbor views. The project also incorporates a new pool house building with bathrooms and a play room and 158 new storage lockers. The lockers are grouped into several clusters with alternating shed roofs that were inspired by sails. The project has transformed the heart of the club, where the marina, swimming pool, and the tennis courts all come together.. Tiryaki Architectural Design provided master planning and building design services. .

AYER - Through a mix of public and private funding and financing, and thanks to the vision of a Groton husband and wife, the "Nutting" or "Fletcher" building at 49 Main St. has been reborn.
