BOYNTON MEADOWS – GROTON, MASSACHUSETTS

Completed over two phases, the Boynton Meadows project features both residential and retail space. The first phase of the project, located on Main Street, includes mixed-use office and retail on the first floor and features a yoga studio, bakery and a dental office. The second phase – currently under construction – includes 15 townhouses, ranging between 2,000 and 2,500 square feet of space with additional walkout and basement space. Beautifully situated, the complex overlooks picturesque Gibbett Hill.

Senate Construction guided the permit process through the Historic Districts Commission, the Groton Design Review Committee, the Conservation Commission and the Planning Board to receive zoning approval for 18 dwelling units. As part of the project, Senate also restored a historic, colonial structure.
