Dallas-based Remington Hotel Corporation required extensive interior/exterior renovations, including 204 guest rooms, main entrance and lobby, meeting rooms, public restrooms, and restaurant, as well as the addition of a swimming pool.

Senate’s project-specific approach ensured operations continued uninterrupted throughout construction, minimized time guest rooms were unavailable, and complete oversight of job safety practices and protection of hotel guests.
