TRITOWN COMMONS – STOUGHTON, MASSACHUSETTS

Located in the Stoughton Town Center in Stoughton, Massachusetts, this 73,000-square-foot renovation consisted of a major new façade with architectural gables significantly enhancing tenant signage and visibility, some minor re-painting of the exterior, and new LED lighting throughout the parking field. Senate Construction completed the renovations on behalf of Tri-Town Commons, LLC, a joint venture of Winstanley Enterprises, LLC and Silvera Asset Group, LLC. 

Other key members of the renovation team included Winstanley Construction Management, Winstanley Property Management, Phase Zero Design, Inc. as the project architect, Alfred Benesch & Company as civil engineer and Amolins Structural Consultants, Inc. as structural engineer.
