Senate performed major renovations to 26 apartment units – including new mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, replacement of all exterior windows and roof, and upgrade of elevator and egress stairs to code. Senate’s expertise and early involvement in the project resulted in the enhanced quality of units with design improvements using cost-efficient methods. Senate has performed several additional projects for MIT, including lab and office renovations.
